Hi all, first post, occasional lurker. Found this post as my rear wiper motor didn't work in the morning. For the moment I struck lucky, as the fault seems to be in the tailgate left-hand side cable strand. I first checked the 10 amp fuse no. 41 which was ok. Then taken the 2 rubber covered plastic lugs? out with a screwdriver I was able gently pull, manipulate the cables (not a lot of give to fix a broken one if found tbh), one had a thin cut in the sleeve, a winding of iso tape, and the motor is working again. Certainly the place to look for if it happens again for me. At first I only removed the rubber and got stuck trying to pull it over the hard white plastic bits. Those definitely need to prised out from the hole, once united they clip easily back in. 2 photos below. Thanks to all contributors, cheers, Steve
