Hi Folks Today just check my 1.9 BLT with VCDS and got a few readings from EGR , I was suspicious cause after a ride when I leave the car a on idle the EGR is closing after 1-1.5 minutes , so just check it and it says attached the readings is it good or not really ? if not what causes. also when it is closed. MAF reading is a bit out of the normal range ? Thank you

gentlemans! i have had a pretty weird problem for a while now i noticed a while ago sometimes the car is pulls very good in every gear , but sometimes the throttle reaction is bad and car isn't that good , feels less torque ,and slower acceleration , and the next few day is like this and then again good for a day and again. for example the last 3 days was also not good and I got used but I stopping in the red light and waiting 1 minutes for the green and put the gear 1 and again pulls like a dream 🤐🙄 ****..soo annoying , sounds weird but this is what happening actually and I really want back my little monster 😑 it is a big puzzle and if anyone have idea pls share with me 🙏 boost leak was checked! new turbo! new checked injectors+seals new vacuum box(also vacuum lines was checked) new ecu (thinking maybe the original is mapped by a crap) so ecu is also fine car wasn't mapped new map sensor new throttle position sensor MAP sensor was also checked intercooler ok EGR and Manifold cleaned and working should ENGINE got new lifters and was checked , sounds healthy no water and oil loss Thank you

Hi Guys :) i have a strange issue sometimes when for example i stopped at red light noticed the rev is stuck arround 1100-1200rpm but if i pull the pedal up with my feet rev jump back to850 , also sometimes noticed car isnt pull smooth but if i pull back the pedal again pulls again normal for a while what the actual f**k ? PEDAL or position sensor or or .... what ? Thank You car is. 1.9. BLT

I have exactly the same ticking/tapping noise like this But this guy have camshaft+lifters, my mechanics said after injectors change, cam looks ok no worn :/

Thank you for your comment! Well... Heat shield was attached properly today so it something else I'm afraid :/ thing is.. Exhaust noise is changing all the time so weird.. Power is same, so never dropped, flywheel done✅, camshaft checked ✅ exhaust is catback, cat now on 100K, never been mapped

Hi guys! Well... Have rattling noise sometimes, yes a bit weird but only sometimes 1.9 TDI BLT, first time I think can be the camshaft, we chacked and looks nice, not worn, second one was the flywheel, we change it but the rattling from exhaust was stay :( injectors are perfect, clutch kit+flywheel are brand new! Normally engine noise is good but when I give some gas is rattling from under the car and on idle from exhaust! Any idea guys? :/ what else can be?

Do u know what's the normal Air/fuel ratio? Cause wanna check it, but can't find any info about it

My mechanic check what's under the car, and cat is there and looks ok, one more thing,smokey not only when accelerate even if I just press a pedal a bit :/

Iisten can not checked car was standard feel.. Seller said was not remapped true everyone can say everything..... But when u there how can u check the car was mapped or not ?? No wayy
