Hi @SurreyJohn Yes it is the 3pin cable. this is not the first time I charged it on this particular socket but the first time I noticed it. The car has only been with me for 10 days and I am yet to organise a charter though the grants are in place. Just waiting for an installation date before my Zappi charger gets installed. As for my electrical installation, the house is s new build, only 2 years old and the cable is connected directly to an external socket that I never had issues before. I have the Skoda set to charge immediately to 20% and the stop. It then charges to 100% between 00:30-04:30 to take advantage of the cheaper 5p per kWh rate on my tarriff. This is all set directly from the emanager on the car and it seems to work. the fact I am not getting any red lights on the cable makes me think it is fine,? dedicated charger should be in place soon hopefully but in the meantime I will try another socket. I Need to go into the garage unfortunately to get them to reset the service Interval to time and distance as it is currently running off the build date and despite the fact I got delivery 10 days ago, it says service due in six months as it was build in January of this year. Not ideal as it us a four year lease and would rather not pay the fourth service. While I am there I will get them to test the cable as well. I did also download done DTCs with OBDEleven and one of them was: P33E000 - Target/actual current deviation too high ntermittent Which has been mentioned here before. maybe the two are related?

Hi all. I finally got delivery of my Superb iV and loving it so far in its hatchback form. I noticed tonight when I plugged it in after I completely emptied the battery that the charging cable was blinking on on the vehicle icon. Looking at the sticker on the back of the cable that is a warning on over current. Should I be worried about that? The red fault light did not come on...just the blinking light on the car icon or third column on the chart below indicating overcurrent or one of the other options. Thanks

@SashaGrace...I am just about to get delivery of an SE Technology iV with a built week of 2021/02. I know it's a lease and will need to check if I am allowed but have you done any on a hybrid before? With the microchip shortage, I had to settle for standard stock spec and had no option for factory order. Thanks

Hi all. New here and just ordered a Skoda Superb SE Tech iV. I had originally ordered the Cupra Formentor but due to the chip delays it was going to be some time. As I needed a car and the superb was on the shortlist..my leasing company had stock and I just went for it. Should be here in the next few weeks. I wanted the SE L or Sportline Plus trim but I could not find anything in stock at the time...stock meaning ready to be loaded onto a truck and not a pre-booked factory slot! Now having had a MK8 golf already which I rejected due the appalling software...do you know what the latest software version is for the Superb? I just want to make sure I don't have any issues with the dealer. I believe my spec comes with the 8" Amundsen screen and sadly no virtual cockpit. Thanks all
