I have the same issue. Profile created and syncing to the car but can't make myself primary user. Already tried several soft reboots, factory reset but it either fails to start the process or timeout during the registration. Went to my local dealer that I bought car from (DMKeith) to verify the issue really there and I'm not just dreaming things. They confirmed the issue and told me the car has to be booked for SW update (after a week I had car and they had several days before to prepare it for me).
