  1. Yep, done all that! But I plan to do it again, as this noise is annoying!
  2. Is there a guide anywhere for how to do that?
  3. Thanks both! I will try moving them up. That’s a good shout. I really don’t know how these work! Definitely NOT the seats, as the noise is worse when they’re down, unfortunately. But may not be the boot.
  4. I’ve seen this posted a few times before, and I’m trying to nail this one. I’ve seen that adjusting these ‘stops’ or ‘wedges’ can help reduce or remove the rattle. I adjusted them fully DOWN on both sides, and I’m not sure it’s made any difference. I will keep testing, but just wanted to check if there are any hints and tips. Should they be fully up, down, sideways, removed… (joking obviously). thanks!
  5. What’s the price? That mileage is barely anything.
  6. Thanks for such a quick reply! Sounds like I’m alright then. Replacing one of the tyres due to a bulge(!), so want to make sure I get the right one.
  7. I just bought a 2017 2.0 TDI, and on the rear it has, I believe, non XL tyres fitted. Is that safe / OK? What are the OEM fit? These are Continental Sport Contact 5, 235/45/R18W.
  8. I’m not sure. I did wonder if perhaps I’d snapped a spring, so I’ll check that out tomorrow and see if I can see anything. I strapped the jack down a lot more, but sadly it wasn’t that!
  9. All of a sudden today, potentially after going over a big bump in the road (but maybe not due to this), the boot is rattling on my Superb. It sounds metallic to me. Only happens going over rough road / bumps. Anyone experienced similar before?
  10. Seems like they only do the £27 ones now. Maybe I’ll give those a go though, as that’s not too expensive!
  11. Thank you to whoever moved this thread. Apologies again!
  12. What a doofus! My first post and already made a mistake. I wasn’t sure if there was perhaps, like most forums (eg on BMW forums it’s Cotswold BMW) who do a huge trade on the forum and also good prices. If not though, I’ll nip in and pay £65!
  13. Hi everyone, new here! Just picked up a 2017 Superb hatch and it needs mats (actually only the driver’s mat, but I guess I’ll have to buy a full set). Does anyone know if anyone does good prices on the OEM set? I can see them online for £65.
