Hi I own a 3 year old Skoda Octavia iV plugin hybrid, which has now run out of warranty. Ever since I've owned the car I've had issues with the 12v battery going flat even when the main battery is on charge. I took it to my local dealer Marshall Skoda in Dartford who told me there was nothing wrong with it and it wasn't meant to charge the 12v battery when charging the high voltage battery, and it was discharging because I wasn't using the car enough. Anyway, the car is completely dead and I will need to get it towed to a garage. Does anyone have suggestions for a good independent garage? I'm in London SE9. It's the first hybrid I've owned and I'm not sure what services I will need. I have no faith in Marshall Skoda so don't want to go there. Thanks
