Looking for good Skoda garage suggestions in SE London

Hi

I own a 3 year old Skoda Octavia iV plugin hybrid, which has now run out of warranty. Ever since I've owned the car I've had issues with the 12v battery going flat even when the main battery is on charge. I took it to my local dealer Marshall Skoda in Dartford who told me there was nothing wrong with it and it wasn't meant to charge the 12v battery when charging the high voltage battery, and it was discharging because I wasn't using the car enough.

 

Anyway, the car is completely dead and I will need to get it towed to a garage. Does anyone have suggestions for a good independent garage? I'm in London SE9. It's the first hybrid I've owned and I'm not sure what services I will need. I have no faith in Marshall Skoda so don't want to go there.

Prior to owning a Freelander and now my Karoq I used a small independent round the corner from me DG Repairers, Sutcliffe Road SE18 2NF 0208 3164730. 

They serviced my Subaru Impreza and Forester but I’ve not been there for a few years as last cars have been under warranty. Might be worth a call? 
I’m in the same area as you so would be interested to hear if you find someone local

If required buy a new 12v battery and have it fitted and 'coded' in then buy a 12V car battery charger maintainer and use it to recharge the 12v battery if/when required and as preventative measure to stop it getting (too) low, read and follow the instructions in your Owner's Manual and instructions on the charger maintainer. - https://manual.skoda-auto.com/004/en-com/Models
