Alasdair1, thanks for that but...... Ignition on or off? Engine on or off? I know I sound thick but tried both so what am I doing wrong please

Mk3 Greenline. Driver window one touch not working, have to hold the switch to fully open or close, all others are fine. Also windows will not open or shut on the key fob?
