I've used a Brodit Proclip to mount to the car (Part No. 654737), but have used a different phone mount as I wanted it to charge wirelessly. The Brodit website says not suitable for the 'Active' model, but mine is just that model and it fits fine. As you'll see from the photo, I've used a cigarette lighter to 2 x USB device into which I have plugged the wireless charging phone mount and a Bluetooth to 3.5mm jack phone adapter. All I have to do is leave the radio switched to 'AUX' input and then I can simply offer the phone (in my case a Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus 5G model) and once the ignition is on, the holder clamps the phone in place as a small motor moves the sides inwards and I have hands-free calling and Bluetooth audio. The microphone is on the top of the Bluetooth adapter and works well enough for a short conversation. A button on the side of the unit releases the phone. Works for me!

Do you have the respective part numbers for the Audi and Skoda top mounts? If not, just which Audi model the mount is from?
