Well I did figure it out and got it working correctly, so the seat would move to preset 1 or 2 depending on what key fob was used and was working really well for me, as I had one key and my wife the other, until for some reason Skoda decided to completely remove it in the last software update!

Hi, wasn't sure where to post this but I've had my Enyaq for over a year now and all's good apart from a few software issues. One thing that is bugging me though is that the driver's electric seat starts to move on it's own when I unlock the car. Sometimes it moved backgrounds to my preset 1, sometimes forwards to my preset 2 and sometimes does nothing. Skoda seem to say this is normal function but I am not convinced, as makes no sense and happens randomly. The only thing I can think of is that there is a way on the key fob to change the presets before you get in the car but I am not 100% sure if this is correct. Does anyone know if there is a way to move the seat to one of the presets from the key fob, as that would help to solve the mystery? Otherwise it is a software glitch!

Has anyone received their Enyaq and have had any of the optional extras missing? I've been told that the electronic child lock is missing but they haven't said if anything else is as yet.

What’s the lead time they’ve given you for delivery? I ordered mine in August last year and it’s finally coming in a few weeks!

Hi, I ordered my Enyaq last August but still no delivery date, due to the chip shortage, has anyone ordered theirs after August and got it already?

Quick question, for those that have their car already, how can you check it has all the options you selected? Some can be quite obviously seen , but for example how would you know if it has a Heat Pump or Assisted Drive Package?

Sorry to hear and completely understand your frustration, didn't realise that was the situation, so completely the right thing to do then and focus on finishing the cars in compound. Hope you get yours soon! What are you waiting for? For anyone who ordered an Enyaq post-August, still interested to hear if you've been given any dates yet or also still waiting?

Hi, was just looking at the configurator and the overall price seems to have dropped by £100 and also 100kW charging is now standard on the 60.

For those that have just recently received theirs, that's great and they look good! How long did it take from order to delivery? For anyone who's just ordered, what lead time have you been given for delivery? I ordered mine a month ago but have heard nowt since!

Unfortunately the 20" aren't free anymore, they removed that and it's now £530

Does anyone have any recommendations of where they've got gap insurance from before? I went back to the dealer and changed my spec, decided to take out the Sports Suspension, not sure why I added this in, thought might be nice to have it lowered but realised it was only 15mm. Hi All, came across this forum while researching the Enyaq, found it useful and just placed my order this morning! However, they said due to the lack of semi-conductors, that expected delivery would be March 2022! I opted for: - Enyaq iV 60 - Black Magic - 19" Anthracite Wheels (was really torn on this option, wanted the 20" but just couldn't justify the cost difference in replacing tyres between 19" and 20") - Loft Trim (wife is vegetarian, so couldn't get the Suite ) - Comfort Seat Package Basic - Convenience Package Plus - Drive Sport Package Basic - Assisted Drive Package Basic - Parking Package Basic - Sports Suspension - Panoramic Sunroof - 100kW Charging - Heat Pump - Double Sided Boot Floor - Eclectically Retractable Tow Bar - All Weather Floor Mats Price came to £39,195 on the configurator (with the Government grant), managed to get them to discount it down to £38,000. They said I've still got about 2 weeks to make any changes to the options, so would be interested to hear anyone else's opinions on the spec and if they think I should add or remove anything? Also, did anyone opt for any additional insurances on offer (alloy wheel repair, cosmetic repair, tyre and gap insurances), would be useful to get some opinions on these as haven't selected any yet (will probably definitely get the gap insurance though).
