Not sure but I might have read on here that mk3 1.4 has the slave cylinder next to gearbox and not in ,if anyone can clarify ,thanks

Sorry if this sound stupid but is slave cylinder and slave cylinder concentric 2 different parts ,are you saying SCC is not in the gearbox and it's outside (so slightly easier job to fix) thankyou for your help

Hi everyone, the clutch pedal is sticking to the floor on my octavia 1.4 67 plate it happens once every couple days I can ATM get my foot behind it and lift it back but has me worried in traffic ,I have had a look at the forum and it seems it could be slave cylinder, or master cylinder can anyone help which parts would in need ,is master cylinder same a clutch master cylinder and is the slave cylinder next to gearbox not inside Thankyou

e-Roottoot it's 1.4 TSI manual ,I have the service certificate it's had 2018 oil change service 14k,2019 interval inspection and oil change service,29k and interval inspection at 41k towards the end of 2019

Hi have just bought an Octavia 17 plate has done 47000 miles was last serviced at dealers in 2019 41000, and the rest of the time it's been at independent garage for sale (covid times) does it need major service or just the oil inspection service please help any advice will be appreciated
