Airbag error
Same happened to me a few weeks ago exactly. Its the airbag clock spring and it was replaced under dealer warranty but invoice said £160 all in.

Steering wheel airbag noise
As suspected, Airbag squib or clock spring as some call it had failed. As the car was only bought about 6 weeks ago, returned to garage and they paid around £160 for replacement and repair. So far so good.

Thanks! Very helpful video, cars going back to dealer on Tuesday for repair as I've only had it around 7 weeks.

Steering wheel airbag noise
So my thoughts are that it's the airbag clock spring or squib that's broken as all steering wheel functions have stopped working.

Steering wheel airbag noise
Thinking about it now, I'd just done a half hour phone call through the cars bluetooth with the engine off, then driven home which is all of 10 minutes and then this happened so it might well be battery issue. Thanks

Steering wheel airbag noise
Hi, yeah definitely airbag warning light and I was steering at the time. Noise sounded like the airbag was about to unravel, kinda weird noise.

Steering wheel airbag noise
Just on the way home tonight and started reversing in to driveway, the steering wheel airbag made a strange noise like it was about to deploy and the warning light came on. Any ideas??

Manual Air Conditioning
I can feel cool air with the ac on and turned fully down but it's nowhere near icy cold. I think I'll get it in somewhere who'll do a no win no fee sorta deal

Manual Air Conditioning
Just bought a '67 plate Monte Carlo and the aircon is barely there as far as cooling goes. Would it need a recharge after 4 years? I'm guessing its the expensive one too
