  5. It was working but the last journey, today 11th March was not recorded. I don't know why. I was not logged out of the app. So I don't know what is happening. The whole thing is a mess.
  6. I've sent them three emails and none have been answered. It seems to be working fine but I don't think that we will get our old data back.

  8. Everything seems to be working now. However I didn't get a restore of my previous data which is annoying as I had recorded every refuel and every journey. Anyone know if there is a way to get this data back? I've tried to contact Connect Lite by phone but no-one is picking up the phone.
  9. Yes, I have the same. Hope that it's fixed soon. I'm surprised that there haven't been more comments about this problem. I sometimes think it's just you and I having this trouble.
  10. Thanks very much for posting this update. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app so I'm also hoping that I haven't lost my old data. No doubt that I'll find out next week.

  12. I'm getting the same and I also have a very good WiFi connection.
  13. I've also having the same issue. It started yesterday afternoon and it's still the same today. I even uninstalled the connect lite app and downloaded it again thinking that there was a problem with the app. I hope that when it is fixed that I get my old info back.
