  1. Yes the door open switch works fine. Thank you for your help. I'll take it to my VW specialist mechanic 🙂
  2. Neither the front or back lights come on for any door that opens
  3. Yes, tried that position too, same result....darkness 😞
  4. Thank you Ken for your reply....however, there isn't a "on when doors open", there's a rocker switch with O on one side and a 'light' symbol on the other side. If I depress the 'light' symbol the light stays on all the time and nothing at all happens on the other two settings.
  5. The interior light doesn't come on when I open the car door. I comes on when I manually hit the switch. Octavia VRs TDI 2015. any ideas?
  6. Marshchapel area
  7. Thank you, I like it too. Though I'm not that keen on the wheels 🙂
  8. Lincswhite here. I live in Lincolnshire. Bought my first '05 Octavia 1.9 TDI in Feb. 2009 with 40k on clock. I still have it and now has 204,000 and it's still going strong. I just last week bought a 2015 2.0 VRS Octavia (181hp) 48,000 miles.
  9. I've just bought a 2015 VRS Hatchback and the nearside rear door (UK) doesn't open from the inside, which is rather frustrating. Any suggestions how to fix this?
