  1. Thanks for your support on this- its very frustrating. Unfortunately with Covid restrictions etc I let it slide and its now 11 months old, but it hasn't worked since the day I brought the car home. The dealership have promised me that they are following up on it, so I'll see what happens. I will certainly be taking legal advice if nothing is done. But like you, it has left me with a wariness of the VW group for next time around
  2. Totally agreed. This can happen but most important question now is..What are Skoda going to do to make this right for those of us who have bought this faulty car?
  3. I'm on my 6th Octavia, great supporter for years. But the new Octavia's Infotainment system is HORRENDOUS. Nothing works, full of glitches, I don't even have a functioning radio after 2 return trips to the dealership. (Don't even dream about Phone or App connectivity) Its CRAP!!!!! ..and Skoda's lack of response is appalling. I've met many other new owners with exactly the same problems. The car is actually lovely, but I would seriously advise against purchasing this car until Skoda have worked this out. After years of loyal support, I will definitely be shopping elsewhere after this experience
