  1. New anti roll bar has not fixed the problem and it's worse than before. In it goes for a 5th time and they are now going to replace the top of the suspension .....at least this might cure the problem. If not I am selling it and never buying another skoda....🤪
  2. DB72- When i took it to an independent garage they said it would be roughly £250. Skoda wanted £410 to do the same job. The anti roll bar comes with the bushes as one unit. Interestingly, my "oil change" service was a wopping £300 -phone call today from Skoda to ask if my service was ok and was i happy with it 😆 what sort of phone call is that? Yes i paid too much to keep it in warranty, why any need for such an inane phone call. Car going in for new anti roll bar under warranty on wednesday........they can ask me then how i feel, at times its like they really do not care....mind you think all car makers are very similar 😒
  3. I would not buy another Skoda with a sunroof. My yeti and my last superb both leaked. The superb was so bad to passenger well was a swimming pool......................tried unblocking the channels. Had to park it facing up hill if i could. Poorly designed and they are heavy. Sold the superb and new car does not have one, plus they get quite manky with age....5 years seems to be a turning point when they start to fail.
  4. Yeti sunroof leaked. Last car was 2011 Superb estate....had to sell it as the footwell became a swimming pool. Rubbish design, new superb does not have a sunroof. It seems that it can unbond itself from the car which is what happened to mine, and the drainage channels can block easily. Plus its 100kg apparently 🙄
  5. It seems that you have to complain at least 4 times before Skoda actually do anything with a warranty issue. My old Yeti 1.2tsi sounded awful occasionally on start up........on the forth time of complaining they changed the timing chain. My 2 year old superb estate makes awful creaking and groaning noises at low speeds....and independent garage said that the anti roll bar bushes seem to be detaching from the car! 😬 Skoda decided on the second visit that covering the car with grease would solve the problem.......on a nearly new car, the other garage thought that was completely unprofessional.........so on the forth visit when i was prepared for a war they admitted that there was excessive play in the roll bar.......did i want to pay for it to be changed 🤪 a quick visit to pick up my car they said they would do it under warranty.......at times it seems Skoda forget that once they have sold a car the customer might buy another.....not with an attitude like this. It seems that unless you stick with it they will deny most warranty issues...............................
