Yes I tried with the lane assist off a lot of times the lane assist turns the steering to move the car my car is moving with the tires and steering straight like the wind is moving it the dealer said that he drove it and saw it and said that it’s due to the fact that the car has soft suspension so if the car goes with speed the wind from the speed hits the car and the suspension can’t keep the car straight because is soft I tried with the setting on sport suspension and the same thing happens Other similar cars cheaper with worse specs that I’ve had don’t do that But if other mk4s don’t do that thing it’s not that reason that the dealer said I’ll go to another dealer

It’s happening when I drive on motorway from speeds at 100km/h and above and the road is good straight clean without bumps and it’s going a little to the right and then a little to the left with the steering straight and when it’s windy outside it’s a lot worse

The same thing is happening with the lane assist off

Good evening, I have a skoda octavia 1.5 tsi etec dsg7 and since I bought it, from the air vents, if I turn on the fan only without ac, at the lowest temperature it comes out noticeably hotter air than the outside and this is very annoying especially in the summer months. In all the cars I've had, the fan air at the lowest temperature was only a little bit hotter than the outside, but in this car it's noticeably hotter. An other thing that I’ve noticed is that at high speeds with the window open, air comes out of the vents either with the recirculation closed or open with the entire air conditioning system and fans off As soon as i close the window, air stops coming out, as soon as i open it again air comes out of the vents With the recirculation closed it makes sense because there is draft with the window open but with the recirculation open is it make sense that air is coming out from the vents And all of this with noticeable hotter air than the outside air!!! Does anyone else have this problem with this particular car?

It’s 100% either from the gearbox or from the clutch . The dsg7’s are making a lot of strange noises that are normal but this one I don’t think it is I will take it to an other dealer

Yes it was a technician from the Skoda dealership that said that . The car is under warranty until 2025.

Hello , I have the Skoda Octavia 2021 1.5tsi dsg7 and from the first day when I drive for 30 minutes and more in the town when I put the reverse gear and go backwards slowly, it makes a strange noise from the gearbox. The dealer told me that the sound is normal but I have a vw scirocco with the same gearbox and it doesn’t do anything like this . Does anyone have this issue with the dsg7 ? Yes they checked the car and they said that the material that Skoda use nowadays can cause noises and if they replace the pads the noise might be the same or it will start after some kilometers to do the same noise

did you solve the problem with the replacement of the brake pads or did the sound appear again after several kilometers? because I told them from the first miles and they refused to change the pads because they said that it’s a high possibility to have again the same issue because of the material that the companies use nowadays
