  3. Good morning Wino and thanks for taking the time to reply. Yes it does say EFB my error in not quoting this. I can see a similiar spec VARTA battery for about £100, does this need post fitting coding anyone? Cheers all.
  4. Good morning all and thank you for reading this, I am a new member (I did post an introduction earlier), and greatly enjoy reading the views and advice hear from other Yeti owners. My 1.2TSI is I think due a battery change (no big issue in completing this), however the battery type has me slightly confused. The car (2016) has stop start and I expected therefore to be looking for an exotice and expensive battery replacement and have been reading about coding issues etc should I buy a battery with a different spec to the original. My current battery is a non stop start "Exide 1SO 915 105 A 12v 59AH 320A DIN 640A EN/SAE/GS" (apologies if overkill on the type), which appears to be a non specific stop / start battery, does anyone have any experience of this? or why it would be fitted by Skoda? (the battery has not been replaced from new). I will source as close to like for like as possible if the negates the need to re code or faff in general. Thank you to all in advance for any views, appreciated.

Thank you in advance, Max. ** excuse the spelling error!
