I have the kodiaq L&K on a 21 plate, ex managers cars apparently and I'm having exactly the same issue, have been to two dealers a total of five times, had all the software updated a brand new head unit fitted and I'm still driving in the sea at times. Finally the manager has now got involved and is supposed to be ordering a new GPS antenna. Also having issues with the Bluetooth when making a call the Bluetooth will for no reason disconnect from the phone while the call is still active?? Can happen up to seven times in a five minute call and not once in a twenty min call?? Any advice would he helpfull. Using a Samsung A52 which is compatible also connected a Samsung A21 which isn't and had the same issue. Also the cars location when using the app I miles off as well.
