Can't help much but I went for a JF Automotive tune instead of a tuning box in case the system didn't agree with the car for some reason. i.e. they can tweak it to make it bespoke for the car whereas tuning boxes are standard for the engine code. Hope DTUK can help out as I believe they can reflash the box with ease if you send it back to them. You'll enjoy the finished article, makes the car feel a lot more lively and how it should be from factory. Thanks, Isaac W

Hiya Tom, If you have a Mk 3 VRS then I'd recommend getting the Audi sound resonance damper (harmonic damper) for the rear suspension! Takes 1 minutes to fit and once it's been worn in slightly it works a treat in reducing sound coming in from the rear suspension. Not perfect but well worth the money! Hi all, I'm aware there are a few threads already established for remaping/tuning box's on here but I see they are a number of years old and thus the information may have changed. I have a Skoda Octavia Mk3 hatch with the 184hp TDI engine, 76k miles on the clock. I'm thinking of getting it remapped/tuning box. What do people recommend? remap or tuning box and why. Who do people recommend? I've heard several names such as DTUK, Shark performance, Raceline OME+, APR, etc. etc. who's best? Thanks all.

Thank you Roottoot for all the info. The cars had a service every year and the paperwork agrees with that, I'm just wondering if I can find more information on it. I was told I could use Erwin and it was free but it's seems like you now have to pay. Has anyone else used Erwin?

Hi, Hoping someone can help! I recently purchase a 2015 Octavia VRS with full service history which the dealer confirmed with a short print out stating the date and millage of the services, however, it didn't detail precisely what was done in each service. Can anyone advise as to how you can view the service history online (via Erwin)? I was told I was able to but I can't figure it out. Thanks in advance, Isaac

Hi all, Isaac here from Surrey, SE England. I've recently purchased a 2015 Skoda Octavia VRS Diesel (Hatchback), in a nice shade of blue! Love the car but just think it needs some little tweaks here and there , I'm sure you all know that feeling a little to well!
