Hi Zetzet, Brilliant answer, thanks. In five minutes you told me what my dumb dealer couldn't! 😄 That was literally everything I needed to know and more besides. (The SE does have screens on the dash, but I only really wanted it on the Infotainment. Thinking about it, using a phone nav via the Infotainment screen seems a much better bet anyway. I'll try the wireless and if that's no good then I'll get the USB-C to C cable. You're a star

Hi! I've bought a new Octavia SE estate, 2021 model, and was initially disappointed to find it had no satnav (Navigation) installed. I've been recommend to just use my phone, but that apparently requires plugging it in via the USB port. Firstly, can anyone answer these questions: i) is it impossible to get the built-in Navigation on this model? ii) if using a phone, what USB cable is required? There are so many types! iii) does it actually work, connecting a phone in this way? (i.e. does the satnav display appear on the car screen). Basic questions maybe, but the customer information from dealers and makers seems patchy at best and downright shoddy most of the time. It's as if we are expected to know. Thanks! Nick
