  2. How do you get a new subscription for the infotainment service? incar says it's expired which is to be expected. I thought it might be through the app
  3. Mine is now connecting, but in the app I get this... (image) is the car too old? I'd have thought 2018 was new enough
  4. I recently purchased a 2018 vRS and I can't get it connect/activate the internet at all, I did a search here and there's a thread in the Karoq section full of people unable since Xmas to connect their car, not sure if there's some sort of issue with the registration services...
