  1. Had these sat since about 2024, ordered from a supplier and then sent for custom machining to take the ET in slightly as they are 8.5 wide, and it’s worked out a treat, very aggressive in comparison to standard wheels but no scrubbing or issues on a lowered car Decided to get tyres fitted a couple weeks ago and get them on, went with Goodyear Assymetric 6 as the car came with Goodyear Supersports and was quite impressed All in all, so pleased with how it looks now, added a good level of aggression the car needs over the standard wheels
  2. wouldn’t be surprised if that’s what Škoda supply for the price they quote, even if they last a year and work well, it’s worth changing every year at that price, good find 👍🏻
  3. These are the codes of one’s I’ve fitted to a 72 plate hatch VRS
  4. So I got round to cleaning the car and fitting these wipers today, I can confirm they fit absolutely fine even though the car fitting only shows as Tesla on the box etc, exact same size as my VRS the rear again fits perfect, but it’s shorter than the original part by an inch possibly, but once inside the car, you can’t see or notice as it still covers the swept area from what you see inside so not worth chasing up over etc I was concerned that oem Skoda blades would have been more robust possibly and I have used Bosch for years but also hear they aren’t made like the used to be etc, but IMO the Bosch are much more sturdy than the oem parts, more so I will happily use these again for the price compared to the quote from Skoda at just under £90 for all blades I have pics to add but site won’t allow the size upload, I’ll try figure it out and add them soon
  5. I’ve just bought this set after a laughable quote from ŠKODA for oem replacements Car is due a good clean so haven’t fitted yet, be next week before I do but all info I looked into says they fit with no issues, also ordered the A331H for the rear as I checked this last night, should have that by tomorrow hopefully
  6. ah ok, that’s makes sense, is this year 3 of yours then? I’m year 2 currently and still less than yr1 mileage 😂
  7. nice, how are you making 6K on it though? Interested, as mine is well under normal mileage for age
  8. thanks mate any insight if these are better than the oem choice, have you purchased them? I’ll likely get a price from ŠKODA next week but expect it’ll be a bit silly
  9. Doesn’t seem to be much on the market for replacements, typical Bosch or Lucas variants, has anybody changed all wipers on the hatch? What did you go for? How are they compared to OEM? Has anybody priced replacements from ŠKODA, what price are they charging for 3?
  10. Very happy with my 72 plate VRs specced with all I wanted(winter pack, rev cam, etc) but it would take a bit to encourage me into the facelift… seeing the standard list price means options will easily push it over the luxury bracket, I just don’t think it’s that level of car
  11. Mine was also in the mailbox a couple days ago, just need to get it booked in now
  12. what is the DSG recall you’ve had done? Not heard anything about this, does dealer network inform you?
  13. They pulled the park assist as standard on VRS etc when they had the chip shortage, I was told when ordering mine at the time, so believe there are many out there that don’t have it as standard which they should, not sure if they allowed optional orders to go ahead or prioritised possibly as they were paid for
  14. I forgot mine had it tbh, never used it only used Siri via apple play for making calls on a few occasions which actually works
  15. Where about in Scotland are you from? Heres my 72 plate, mods so far Racingline TIP Racingline Induction box with filter ST XA coilover suspension I also have new wheels but waiting till the weather changes before getting them fitted, next few weeks hopefully
  16. Welcome, enjoy the new purchase Where in bonnie do you hail? Im central, just around Glasgow Mods for now ST XA coilovers Racingline Airbox with induction Racingline TIP Racingline Silicone induction pipe Inovit 19" wheels (not fitted yet)
  17. glad to hear they are offering it out at least and not bothering just because admittedly I haven’t even looked yet, did eye up a carbon one a couple months back but not for that price 😳
  18. sorry to hear that, hopefully things pick up for you soon again Mine only done under 4K due to having Co car and other cars I own, busy with work etc, still had to be done as it timed out for the first 12 months and it’s a package etc
  19. Has anybody had word from their dealer about having these fitted yet? Mine was in for first oil change yesterday and in the list they mentioned the cover refit, mine came new without one as they were on recall when I collected mine but good to know they finally sorted out a new cover eventually
  20. I had a juddery rear wiper after a few months old, reported to dealer and was inspected, confirmed was an issue and ordered part and booked back in, changed under warranty and now fine Id get it back into them, likely died but not sure why the stalk wouldn’t be able to push back if it did before
