I haven't used them for about 15 years when I had my last Skoda. My Octavia VRS Diesel was new in Mid Jan and has now reached 12k so I will be looking at booking it in the next few months. My other half Scala went in to Keith's at Wakefield for a check with this fault, but by the time it went in all the errors had cleared. They said it was a battery voltage issue as it was new. The only comment is that they washed the car (It was 7 days old) when it was in and they made a mess of the paintwork. I had polished, HD waxed and ceramic coated it and it was spotless when it went in and came back like this. I have a DA polisher so quickly polished them out but its not the point.

Thanks for the reply, I would be interested to know what they say. The Mrs is taking hers into DM Keith Wakefield in the morning to see if they will take a quick look. I use them for my Octavia and found them to be helpful. If they do take a look I will let you know what they say.

It was delivered on a flat bed truck with 9 mile to our home address. I pulled it onto our driveway and there were no errors. When we finished work we went to go out and after about 1/2 mile it then started beeping and showing the errors. We drove home and will be calling Skoda Assist in the morning.

Did you get a resolution to this ? My wife had her brand new Monte Carlo delivered this morning with 9 mile on it and she has had the following errors appear before it reached 10 mile! Errors- Engine management light start/stop Abs/stability lane assist front assist Dynamic road signs Tyre pressure monitoring Dynamic cornering lights

I would hope so, it was delivered brand new this morning with 9 mile on the clock. We drove 1/2 mile and all the errors appeared. It hasn’t reached 10 mile yet ! looks like a trip to the dealers is on the cards.

So with the grand total of 9 mile on it, it has come up with 7 errors including engine management light ! 😡 Errors- start/stop Abs/stability lane assist front assist Dynamic road signs Tyre pressure monitoring Dynamic cornering lights Any ideas on how to get rid without a trip to the dealers ?

Let’s hope they have some paint left. She absolutely loves it. I don’t think I will be allowed to drive it much but it may means she stops nicking my Octavia !

She went for the 1.0 tsi as she wasn’t bothered about the power. If it was my choice it would have been the 1.5tsi DSG I got my Octavia DSG delivered in Jan and I wouldn’t go back to a manual.

I wish I had gone for that colour in my vRS instead of black !

After 14 months of waiting, it has finally arrived !! 😄

So after over a year of waiting, my vRS Tdi estate is at the dealer 😂 I was initially told it would arrive in May, but Jan 24 is when it’s getting delivered !

My Octavia Vrs tdi estate ordered in Dec 21 is on the boat to the UK 😀 My colleague who ordered a Superb IV in Nov 21has been told that his is likely to be at least another 6 months due to them currently been unable to source batteries for the hybrids.

I was told mine is now left the port and is in transit. Possibly could be before Christmas but more likely in the new year.

We ordered the Mrs a 1.0dsg Monte Carlo in Sept and was advised 19 weeks. I will believe it when I see it as I ordered a Octavia VRS in Dec 21 and was advised May 22. I’m still waiting with no news.

Mine was a week 42 build but delayed like yours. You have given me a little hope !

No, the dealer advised that they haven’t got it.

I have just been advised that my order was put into production in week 42. The car has now been delayed in production and they cannot give a date when it is expected to change. Has anyone got any info on what is causing the current production delays ?

Had confirmation that mine was built this week. Vrs tdi Estate. Ordered mid Dec 21. My Mrs ordered a Skoda Scala Monte Carlo 1.0tsi 6 weeks back and that was also built last week. So we may end up with 2 cars delivered about the same time. 😂

Just been given a build week of week 42 😃

Hi Folks, my Mrs has just ordered a Scala Monte Carlo 1.0 110bhp as a company car. They have advised a 19 week lead time, is this realistic with the Scala ? I have had an Octavia VRS Tdi estate on order since December 21 and they have just advised that it will likely be March 23 delivery!
