  1. Drivers side door card light and wing mirror puddle light not working

    Had the same trouble,got all sorts of mad quotes for replacement wing mirrors and puddle lights, driver door stopped responding to the key fob ,electric mirror stopped and the driver side wing mirror puddle light stopped too, came to this forum and saw a suggestion to check the wiring between the car body and the drivers side door, one red and black wire was broken, reattached it with a tiny block connector and and all 3 issues were resolved, an easy fix and thanks to this forum an inexpensive one, My car is A 2005 Skoda Octavia 1.4 hatchback
