Hi. Just joined forum. Had the karoq sportline into dealership today to figure out why tailgate camera ain't working. No DAB radio stations either. From 9am until collection at 5.30pm. Car had 3 big software updates but still not solved issue with camera so parkpilot says its inoperable too. Still no DAB either. Can only get back into dealership on 16th August due to their work load, holidays etc. Has anyone else had this issue with tailgate camera and how did they resolve it. Car out of warranty at end of the month so need it resolving before this. Me personally if I was the mechanic I would've plugged new camera in to rule out dodgy camera before getting updates on the SD card etc.
