    Thank you @MartiniB. But I need to remove just the leather part in manual. It looks different than with an automatic transmission. Hmm. Maybe I should to remove this shiny part first and then unhook the leather part from the bottom. I'll try.

    Great work @pcspinheiro! How did you manage to remove the stich gaiter/boot? I tried to pry it up front and back between chrome frame and the leather but with no luck. I'm afraid to use too much force not to break something.
