  1. I am specifically looking to replace the memory seat module with a massage compatible one. The 3Q modules are more readily available and are physically the same shape, same connectors. Obviously the MQB cars have a different electrical system but I'm wondering if anyone has tried this out?
  2. This is basically what I'm asking. The seat has a memory module but I've not seen a way to code it as a passenger seat. MQB cars have this but I'm wondering about PQ35/45 modules
  3. It's a right sided seat but described as a passenger seat
  4. I didn't think it was available on the Superb MK2 but came across this on German eBay https://www.ebay.de/itm/132233609943 Either it is from a UK car or it was in fact available in Germany. It is described as a passenger seat so I am thinking the latter Anyone tried this? I am guessing the module would need coding so that it is treated as a passenger seat and doesn't interfere?
  5. It is tricky for me to measure the Skoda one as it is out the car and the position on the runners blocks a bolt hole but I make the mounting holes approx 36cm apart lengthwise and 48cm apart in width. Will let you know one I have measures the TT one. The inner runner (centre console side) has locating prongs too I've done all sorts to mine, I'm a bit obsessed. Weirdly of the PQ35/45 platform, the Skodas have some of the highest specs including memory seats which Audis didn't have and in VW s were uncommon and hence sparse secondhand
  6. Hi, I am actually not planning on fitting the whole seat but I can take measurements of the rails if that helps? I'm keeping my TT seat due to it being mounted much lower due to the low roofline etc, and it also folds to allow access to the rear. Finally I want to keep the original appearance I have since found that the Superb electronics do work, but I don't get the beeps, which I think come from the instrument cluster? I can live with that. I'm in the process of swapping all the motors over, only got lumbar to go now
  7. Maybe that was an unusual request but I have a request that hopefully anyone with memory seats can help with? In VCDS measuring blocks there is one called "Memory Function". What does yours say? Mine says "Inactive" which I assume is my issue, but want to check first Thanks
  8. Hi all, new user here but browsed many threads from google etc. I have an unusual problem but hoping some knowledgable people on here can help I am attempting to retrofit Superb 3T memory seats into my Audi TT MK2 (PQ platform still), as this was not an option. I'm a bit of a serial retrofitter so bear with me The eventual plan will be to swap the motors over into my non-memory seats but for now I have just wired the whole seat up alongside the car, with power and convenience CANbus. I cleared all faults across the car, added the new module 36 to the gateway, everything seems fine. The seat moves in all directions, and the existing memory positions work My problem - I cannot set new positions. I presses Set for a few seconds expecting the "bong" (does this come from the instrument cluster - it sounds like the low fuel noise?) but it never happened. I also pressed Set shortly followed by a number and held both for a few seconds and nothing I've seen threads about moving the seat back then forwards etc. I didn't do that as such but there is no basic setting fault code and I did test all motors Anything sound wrong here? Something else I'd like to find out more is whether this is related to the BCM at all. My TT has a very similar one but different part numbers of course. Is there anything in there to code/adaptation for the memory? As it might not be documented on the TT in VCDS but could still be possible. Screenshots of each byte would be ideal 🤞 Final thought is the door modules. I do have +256 enabled on my passenger door with working reverse kerb view. I don't have this on the drivers side. However the mirror memory isn't a big deal for me now, but wondering if something there is essential? Thanks in advance
