Inner Edge Tyre Wear
I took my complaint to VW Finance as my car is on PCP. They Prompted UK Customer Service to review my case. I also had the car into Skoda to check wheel alignment and got them to put down in black and white that the tyre wear was abnormal. When Skoda UK realised I wasn't giving up, they offered 50% of the replacement cost. I was happy with this as the tyres were about 50% worn on the main tread. VW FS are pursuing a refund for the wheel alignment check. If you show any sign of weakness, they will fob you off.

Inner Edge Tyre Wear
I have the same problem on my 2023 vRS and inner edge tyre wear was confirmed.by my Skoda dealer. I knew about this problem so I monitored the tyres from new and thus can show the issue develoing. Skoda UK have fobbed me off and say the dealer should work with me to solve the problem. The dealer flatly refuses to accept any responsibility so I am piggy in the middle. I will be rattling Skoda's cage again because this problem came from the factory!

Delivery lead-time
What the dealers have said is that the transfer of spec from the MY22 to the MY23 is a manual process because of the redefinition of packs and options between the two years. This is slow process but should be completed by end Sep after which the flow of new cars should increase. What is happening to the supposedly 350 Enyaqs a day coming off the production line I am not sure, unless they are stacking them up to be individually 'finished' before despatch.

Tyre wear
Common problem on VW Group cars. Manufacturer sets up camber to max of their spec for toe out to get best handling and sometimes they go a bit too far and this leads to inside tyre wear. When my Enyaq eventually arrives I am thinking about insisting they check wheel alignment before I accept.
