Hey everyone. I joked this group after looking for a solution to the same issue as you are having this week. I have also tried everything from steamer, kettle of hot water, de-icer and hair dryer and after 2 days of frustration I walked past the car and gave the flap a couple of light jabs and it popped open. I was really surprised. So I’ve now dribbled some oil on the catch and protracting arm so hopefully this will stop future issues.
