Don’t really know Plobber, I have no issues with the assist systems or anything for that matter.

I have been contacted today and informed that while its in for its 1st service they need to keep it for 2 days for the update which they were notified about in the last week, Hope they don’t mess things up its running ok and everything is working.

My work round is plug the car in early evening then immediately switch it off on the app, I always have a couple of toilet trips a night I the switch it on from the app on my phone and select how much to put in %

I have an outside 7Kw socket, dont think there is a timer for that

Are you using a granny charger ?

Ive had my car coming upto a year, I don’t believe we will ever see this feature, perfectly happy otherwise

I would say if your car was produced before mid July you will not be getting the departure planner, going off past information from Skoda I have no reason to believe it will be introduced in July either. I got my Kodiaq mark 2 in September and have given up hope of ever getting it

Hi pheverish, I’m assuming this update is from Skoda and not the dealership, they admit this functionality is a key feature for PHEV and Electric vehicles, not to mention false advertising, They must at some point get this feature working, its just when

I use Waze all the time and don’t feel the need to use any other sat nav

Yes mine does the same a lot of the time, I go into my iPhone setting and switch off WiFi I then start getting instructions through my iPhone, using 4g I then switch WiFi back on in setting on my phone and live maps in the infotainment works

Totally Peed off, my Kodiaq PHEV is booked in at the dealership for 8pm this morning and I am now waiting here at 1.30pm for the breakdown guys, as you may be aware there is no departure planner on the mark 2 Kodiaq PHEV so I plug the car in at around 8pm and immediately switch off on the app. At 1am (cheap rate) from my bed I try to activate the charge to start from the app on my phone, unable to connect so I get up to unplug the change cable and plug back in, I am unable to open the car on the key fob, or extract the charge cable so I extract the key from the fob and open it manually, everything in the car is dead nothing works. I phone Skoda assist and I am now waiting the breakdown guy, it wont be Skoda assist but a local company so I’m hoping he can resolve the issue. I have waited 2 months to get my car back at the dealership to resolve software issues (driver assist systems have not worked for over 2 months) I’m beginning to regret buying this car.

Yes its a dealer visit, they contacted me yesterday and and told me my Kodiaq is on a recall, assist systems have not worked for a couple of weeks, they want it the full day, earliest I can have a curtesy cay is January 13th so its booked in for then
