I have Bolero. I knew my car already has a map database installed, because I can see the version number in the infotainment, but I thought that TSR only used it after purchasing the navigation function. I will follow the tutorial to update the map database and check if TSR works better. Thank you @Felix2021! Anyway I still would like to know if there is a button to disable TSR that I'm missing, because I'm afraid that the option is only there for cars that came with TSR from factory.

Hello, I purchased Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR) on demand function from the Skoda app store. I don't like how it works, it gives incorrect speed information frequently (probably because I don't have navigation). I want to disable it from the assistant menu in the infotainment as it says in the car's manual, but the option is not there. I also tried to disable it from the store as it is a function on demand, but no luck there neither. Any suggestions?

Hey @Mattian I find it strange that you have the capacitive steering wheel (the one with the travel assist button on the top right) if you didn't order the travel assist from factory. What that button did before you activated the OBD one click app?

After you have activated adaptive lane assist using OBDeleven, how do you enable the travel assist while driving? Does it replace the standard lane assist or you have to activate it using the assistants menu?

This worked! I had to keep the 'on' button pressed for almost a minute, then the screen turned on. Thank you!

I don't know if this is related with this thread, but some days ago I updated the last OTA and today my infotainment won't turn on, the screen is totally black, and the cockpit shows errors for every assist system. My version is 18.. (I can't check it exactly because my infotainment doesn't turn on).

Hello! My Octavia RS came from factory with the rear right window trim a little unstuck. Now, I have found that the door seal is also broken. Is there a way to fix the rubber seal without replacing the whole piece? I'm afraid that replacing the whole seal could end in worse shape that it's now. The car is under warranty but I fear that the dealer may not be very careful fixing it. Door seal: Window trim (it can be lifted more than this):

I would be surprised if there were two different hardware systems with the same appearance and functions, but as Skoda changes the name and adds two identic chapters in the car manual for each systems I had the doubt.

I'm considering purchasing the maps in the Skoda app store, but it worries me that the Bolero hardware is less powerful than Columbus and may cause performance issues. Do you guys know the hardware differences between both infotainment systems?

Nope. I believe you can identify if the wheel is capacitive by looking if it has the travel assist button.

That's what I was fearing... Will research on how to do it. Since I'm spending that much on the new steering wheel, I want to get all the new functions I can from it. Thank you!

Hello, for those who got the heated capacitive steering wheel for the RS, does the heat work if the car wheel didn't have that function before? I'm going to purchase it and want to take the opportunity to make it heated too.
