So I updated the firmware ok, but when I plug my phone in to try and get android auto working it still won't recognise my phone. All I get is this ... Any ideas on how I might get this working, using the super fast cable that came with the phone

So I bought a brand new phone with 5G to try and get this working. Is it possible I need to update my infotainment software

Thanks for your quick reply. So the system is the Amundsen. Device part number 5Q0035819C Software 0456 And the phone is Samsung A21s, using Android 12. It just will never connect via the Android Auto or Smartlink Tried multiple cables but still cant get it to register on the Amundsen

Hello there, New Skoda driver here. Love my Fabia and want to get it hooked up to Andriod Auto. My phone is a few years old and cant seem to connect with the system. If I want to upgrade my phone, what are the best specs for getting one that works easily with the infomation system. Many Thanks
