  1. I want to hardwire the dashcam in my 2010 Superb 2. I'd usually pick up a switched 12v supply from the cigarette lighter but I've no checked to see if it's switched yet. Where do people usually pick up a switched 12v supply from in this model?
  2. Thought I'd investigate a bit further today so moved the driver's seat as far back as possible to have a look. First surprise was that I found what I think is the Bluetooth module unplugged, surprising as the Bluetooth seems to work. I think the relay/control box for the heated seat is a bit further back, I was hoping to check the part number for it but it looks like the seat has to come out first. I also went to the local breakers to try and get a new unit to find that all the B6 Passats with heated seats had the unit removed with a big section of loom, so it seems like a common issue.
  3. Many thanks, actually I can probably nick one out of my B6 Passat to check.
  4. Thanks you, that sounds like great advice from someone whose been here before, I'll find one and change it. Just trying to work out from the pics, is that under the carpet in the floor or inside the seat?
  5. I was previously registered as Czech Audi but can't log in or reactivate the account as my old email address no longer exists. Anyway after a succession of Skodas including a Superb 1 and 4 Fabias I'm now back with my Superb 2 which I bought yesterday to replace my well used Passat estate. I now own a 2010 Superb Elegance 2.0tdi estate, very clean with just north of 100k on the clock. The driver's heated seat doesn't work, the button illuminates but nothing happens, all the other electric functions work on both the driver's and passenger's seat, the heating also works on the passenger seat. So the only thing that doesn't work is the actual heating of the driver's seat. I've checked the fuses and all OK, has anyone been here before and can tell me what to look for?
