Hi All, I bought a 2018 Octavia 3 FL 2.0 TSI DSG. The car has 55k KMs. I experience a very small resonance on the driving wheel and perhaps on the driver seat on idling RPM. No such experience on moving with the car. Is it normal? I could accept it in case of diesel engine but it is cultured petrol engine. Anyone here with the same engine? Thank you in advance!

Hi All, We have bought a 2019 Octavia III Facelift 2.0TSI DSG. The car selled by a Peugeot dealer who did an oil change before. Unfortunatelly they did use an oil what is not fit to the VW 508.00 regulation (recommended for this car). They used the following oil: https://lubricants.catalog.totalenergies.com/catalog-sg/en_SG/trq-quartz-ineo-xtra-first-0w-20 It is 0W-20, ACEA C5 and API SN PLUS. It is approved for PSA cars. I will change this oil to VW 508.00 compliant oil as soon as possible. I have two questions: 1) The car will run 2-3 hundred kms with this oil. Can this short distance produce any kind of problem with the engine? 2) Some amount of this oil will remain in the engine after the change. Is it a problem or not? Thank you in advance!

Hi, I could find the service records for the car I am about to buy in Erwin. But I can see only the 30k km inspection (flexible service period) but the dealer says the car was serviced at 15k, 30k and 45k kms. Is it possible that the dealer did not record the 15k and 45k inspections in Erwin? Or Erwin do not show all the inspections somehow? Please help to find the solution! Thank you in advance!
