I could find the service records for the car I am about to buy in Erwin. But I can see only the 30k km inspection (flexible service period) but the dealer says the car was serviced at 15k, 30k and 45k kms. Is it possible that the dealer did not record the 15k and 45k inspections in Erwin? Or Erwin do not show all the inspections somehow?

If it is not there, then it is not there, no solution.  I have seen plenty of cars without any electronic service records.

As varooom said, if it’s not there, no one has put it there.

 

When they say it was serviced at 15k and such, maybe it was done elsewhere and they have paper copies as the person that done the work didn’t have erwin?

 

Have you tried asking them for the proof?

Meanwhile I could get a print of the full service history from ElsaPro and it contains the services in every 15k. It seems that ErWin does not have everything...

I can only assume someone didn't do the job correctly at some point, or the garage doing the work didn't have access.

I have seen VIN's where even the PDI is missing 🤔
