  1. I am looking to buy a used Octavia och Karoq but wonder if anyone knows when Skoda started with 4G for its inbuilt som card for Careconnect? In Sweden where I live, 3G is being taken down next year. And the ability to use the heater remotely then dissapears as I understand it if the car only have 3G.
  2. Great info, sounds great. Thank you! I was hoping to use one carseat in the front and one in the rear seat behind it. But maybe it won't fit like that? I am looking for a Karoq with varioflex, but i guess it's almost the same amount of space. A Tiguan with the same engine is about 1000-3000 pounds, so not a massive difference. But the Karoq looks better inside a think, especially with semi-leather interior.
  3. Great observations. Picnic tables is something i don't want in any car. Varioflex seats is standard in all models in Sweden except for sportline. So varioflex is something i like, many possibilities. Great tip 😊
  4. I have done a test drive in a Karoq and if feels good. But it hard to get a sense if the size is right in everyday use in a short test drive. Would need to test it for a day or two so you really could fill it up with stuff, but that's not possible here. Nice to hear that it really is good for tall people and easy to get in.
  5. Sadly no, even the Tiguan was only 4wd until 2021. But most Karoq are fwd. This is probably because more and more people in Sweden think that you need 4wd because of the snow.
  6. I've got a Passat for the moment but is very interested i a Karoq or a Tiguan. But is wondering if the karoq is gonna be big enough. Me and my partner is 6 foot 1", have a 3 year old and a baby on the way. So two rearfacing car seats and a large stroller must fit. The passat is great size inside but most of the time I drive alone and then it's quite big. Plus I need a higher car because of bad knees. The Tiguan is a bit bigger inside, but a bit boring. I want fwd so a Kodiaq is not possible unfortunately. Thankful for info from other families.
