I am looking to buy a used Octavia och Karoq but wonder if anyone knows when Skoda started with 4G for its inbuilt som card for Careconnect?

In Sweden where I live, 3G is being taken down next year. And the ability to use the heater remotely then dissapears as I understand it if the car only have 3G.
