  1. Hi anyone know the correct torque settings for the injector clamp stretch bolt on my 2014 1.6 TDI Monte Carlo cayc.
  2. Hi does anyone know the correct torque settings for the injector clamp stretch bolt on my 2014 1.6 TDI . There seems to be different settings one is 7nm plus 280 and another of 8nm plus 180 degrees.🤯

  4. Hi an update on my vehicle saw a video on yt of guy with same problems.The solution was code 11250 . Seems the three connection pump looks for sensor g250 on cars which only use two of the connections and have g85 hope this help someone in the future and thanks for all your assistance 👍

  7. Hi another pump from Skoda parts Europe the site you sent me on last post . Took car out today though light is still on steering assist seems to be working but I noticed on the scanner it wasn't reading any angle message.
  8. Do I need to recode the new pump as I have no reading off the old one as my VCDS could not connect with it .
  9. This is what the scanner shows when engine running.
  10. No connection between scanner and pump ,steering pump would come on then go off intermittently so checked wiring could see no fault changed battery was still the same .So changed pump and have connections to pump but fault showing
  11. Hi have just fitted new steering pump as last one failed with no communication issues.The new pump is showing fault 00816 POWER STEERING SENSOR (G250) 30-00 OPEN OR SHORT TO PLUS. any help would be appreciated.thanks.
  12. Hi thanks for your help will try fitting a replacement pump hopefully that will solve my problems.👍
  13. This is the original Iam assuming that it's the pump control module that's the problem.
  14. Ok thanks is the only control module on the pump or is there one on the rack
