funny is when the car is on spot (not driving) u can hear strange noise from muffler but left side only when i start driving or pressing on the gas padel sound dissapier

yes only from the left . But when i press on gas padel the sound dissapier when i put off my leg from gas padel the sound is back . when is engine warm the sound is much more loud

hello guys i got two questions. Frst one is can i drive and switch from D to S while driving and second can i switch gears from dsg gear or i need to put to sport mode from dashboard(computer) or both are good to go also when driving . thank you
