Thanks! But unfortunately Aliexpress is banned here in India. And to be honest Aliexpress is kinda sketchy. Has been unreliable in the past. That's why I'm looking for alternatives. Mine have these little pins in the slot where the folds away into. I looked it up on YouTube and they push this pin into the key and pop the two pieces. And that pin is impossible to move. I tried sim ejector, a round pin sort of screwdriver, etc. Everything I tried either kept slipping or gave out. It's a post 2010 thing I suppose. Video link. Yes its the one with the trunk button. Images only show the exterior and not the inside. The part numbers are different for a reason right? Not about the price but I don't want anymore plastic junk than I already have lol. My OEM keys which are 11 years old are starting to fall apart. The buttons have broken off on one and are sticky on the other and the cases themselves have seen better days. I was looking for a good replacement case but couldn't find the correct part number. The original has this part number: 3T0 837 202H with the CN code. All the ones I can find here are with the part number: 5K0 837 202AD. Can I interchange the cases like that? I am in India and the only place I could find the original was on a sketchy website. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My car is an Indian market Skoda Laura (known as the Octavia elsewhere) with the 2.0 TDI CR engine and a 5 speed MT. In our market peculiarly, the 5MT was given the 110 hp tune whereas the DSG with the same engine was given a 140 hp. Is it possible to upgrade to the DSG tune? Will it affect the engine/transmission in an adverse way? Any guidance would be helpful.

Update: I checked the fuses. The fuse for the right side lights appears to be overheating. It looks slightly melted. I fixed it back in place after checking it and everything seems to be back to normal. I think this isn't the root cause. The fuse still works albeit while overheating and I am going to replace it. Should it be overheating like that? Is there any other possible reason?

Mine is a Ambition 2.0 TDI MT. RHD if it helps. I'm having issues with the headlights and taillights on my car. I was having these issues for a few weeks only with the turn signals, but that was only after the car had sat for a week or so. I attributed it to low voltage or something. But now the lights have started to act up. The right hand main and high beams along with the fogs aren't working. On the left, the parking light on the top (eyebrow light) and the turn signal isn't working. On the rear, the left side brake lamp and reverse lamp don't work. On the right, its the reverse and turn signals and the night time running/parking lights (the lower two bulbs). I can't attribute it to anything really. I'm about to check the fuses. But if a fuse had blown, all lights would have gone out right? And there aren't any relays on this generation as far as I know. Could it be the control unit? I don't have access to an OBD-2 scanner. All other stuff is working perfectly. No other lights on the dash either. Help me out here y'all.
