Getting my Octavia II a higher OEM tune

My car is an Indian market Skoda Laura (known as the Octavia elsewhere) with the 2.0 TDI CR engine and a 5 speed MT. In our market peculiarly, the 5MT was given the 110 hp tune whereas the DSG with the same engine was given a 140 hp. Is it possible to upgrade to the DSG tune? Will it affect the engine/transmission in an adverse way? Any guidance would be helpful.
