Remote boot opening

Probably didn't explain myself well. What I meant was if I press the button next to the gear stick the boot won't open. If I'm outside the car and press the key fob the boot won't open either. I can only open it by pulling the boot release. If I hold the open button on the key fob outside the vehicle the only thing that happens is the hazard lights flash twice. I'll take it to the garage. -
I've got an issue with the remote opening of the boot of my 2017 superb. It opens fine with the latch and will close fine with the button or the key fob but won't open with the key or the button inside the car. Anyone had this before and was able to fix?
