I've got an issue with the remote opening of the boot of my 2017 superb. It opens fine with the latch and will close fine with the button or the key fob but won't open with the key or the button inside the car. Anyone had this before and was able to fix?

Maybe have it scanned for fault codes, it's possible that there's a fault in the system

That is normal behavior - u can't open or close the boot with the key fob from the inside.

U can't close the boot using the centre console button either.

 

U can however, depending on ur boot lid module version, enable the close using the centre console button.

Probably didn't explain myself well. What I meant was if I press the button next to the gear stick the boot won't open. If I'm outside the car and press the key fob the boot won't open either. I can only open it by pulling the boot release. If I hold the open button on the key fob outside the vehicle the only thing that happens is the hazard lights flash twice. I'll take it to the garage.

Did you ever resolve this? I have the same problem.
