Hi all, was utterly distraught to hear my (rhd) 2016 Superb Mk3 SE-L estate drivers side speaker has blown, the main door panel one. I don't have the tools to do a replacement myself, has anyone got any suggestions for replacement speakers I can take to my local garage to fit for me? I could go OEM, but I'd rather upgrade a bit. I have quite a few bass heavy tunes and an eclectic taste in music including trad Scottish, rock, idm and deep house.

Hi, My drivers seat has randomly started moving all the way forward and for no apparent reason when the car is parked and locked. For some reason this can happen as soon as I lock the car, other occasions it happens sometime during the night, and sometimes will stay there. There is no conclusive reason why it will suddenly work again. Sometimes jiggling wire under the seat help, sometimes not driving for 24 hours is enough for it to reset so I can use the seat controls again. It sets itself In the full forward and up position where I can't even get in. Last time it was working I couldn't get it to do the seat manoeuvres to set the memory after reading about it on this forum. Can anyone recommend somewhere around Govan or surrounding area in Glasgow to get this checked? Should I buy a new module or leave it in case it is a simple reset? Need to get this looked at before next Saturday, 25th. Cheers!

Weirdly, it has never happened since. Can only assume it was a loose connection which reconnected when I got the seat to drop down. It did give me flashbacks to a night I was driving a tour bus and all the electrics went. For some bizarre reason the wiring loom was routed under the sprung drivers seat. What happened was every bump gradually wore away the shielding till it shorted. I thought the same was starting to happen to the car!

Good afternoon all, Went out to the car this morning and the seat was fully forward and raised to maximum height. Tried the set number and tried adjusting the position leavers but no luck. Switched off and back on a couple of times. Seat comes back to life, but then randomly moves forward. A few more restarts and I gained some control over it, managed to push the seat back to get me in, but the height adjust wouldn't work until suddenly it did about 30 secs later. Had a spin round my back streets, a couple of times the seat tried to wind forward but I braced and the seat gave up trying that. Eventually I got the seat where I wanted it and it seems ok now, but lumbar support is not responding and control levers are patchy. Is my car haunted or is this an easy fix?

Out of interest, how much did it cost to get the work done? I think I have a similar situation
