  1. Yes I also have the issue with the sound on calls, the person on the other end sounds like they are masking their voice to make it sound deeper. I haven't actually been able to get in to the car to do any more testing but am thinking of taking it back to the dealer. If I do I will post any feedback here. I hope you get somewhere with your local dealer!
  2. I hope you get it sorted! I also have an SE L, For me it mainly appears when using android auto wirelessly rather than through a cable. But that maybe just because I use that as my main media source..
  3. Yes I'm having the same issue! Also updated my infotainment system recently
