Does anyone have some hints how to remove the wireless charging box? I've just tried to pull it up, no success. 😞

I had the same issues after FW upgrade to 1941. Tried reboots of infotainment many times but nothing helped. Then I had longer driving (50km) on Saturday and self healing fixed this error and manuals were downloaded successfully. Just be patient, btw. who would read manuals on small display in the car, btw.? Also if the download will fail to you again again, I would say some further OTA update will fix that. I was OK with the manual download errors before, since everything was working fine without reboots.
