  1. Hello again as i thought the skoda dealer wants £211 for one unit. looking on e bay and £130 seems to be the going rate. thanks for the tip thomkev
  2. Hi Cap44 Thanks for the warning. The manual isn't clear on this matter so what I'll do is give my local Skoda dealer a ring and pick their brains. However an educated guess tells me to buy a part from the dealer is going to be very expensive Regards
  3. Octavia estate 2017 1.4 petrol Following damage by unknown driver in supermarket car park both the rear lamp plastic covers are cracked. E bay seems a good source for replacements but a mechanic friend tells me he thinks there were 3 possible manufacturers of these spare parts. Does seem a bit strange. Any suggestions gratefully received
  4. Hello This is use of the key fob. I'll appear dim but I didn't know about in car central locking , hence I've never used it
  5. i have had a 2017 octavia estate for 2 years , excellent car an irritation rather than a problem. the central locking opens all the doors apart from the boot which i need to use the boot button on the key fob. this has only happened over the last couple of days prior to that the central locking button did everything. i find the owners manual quite confusing. any ideas please
