  1. Thanks. I will do that someday and leave feedback.
  2. My Fabia 1.4 BXE doesn't have classic temperature gauge on the dash. I started engine let it idle and checked coolant temperature on VCDS, after a while it was 104 degree Celsius. Fan wasn't working. I enabled A/C, fan started work, so fan is fine. I let the engine cool down and I switched it off. Why fan wasn't working when temperature was 104? Should I wait longer?

  4. Wipers problem has been fully solved. As I mentioned before, in my opinion right arm in relay was sticked to uper (ground ?) terminal. And my wipers didn't work in Intermittent mode because somebody made jumper in hood switch. He probably was faiting with wipers problem and wanted to cheat the system, but did it in opposite way. After remove jumper all wiper modes work properly. Hood switch is also good. Thank you guys.
  5. Thanks, I will check bonnet, later.
  6. I opened relay body. In my opinion one terminal was sticked to ground terminal. After some pushes it sarted move. To make sure I cleaned termainals with 2000 sand paper, there wasn't oxidation on paper, and finally wipers work on second and third gear. Don't work on interruped gear. I have this car for two days and I don't think it has automatic wipers, which on only when it's raining. How to check if car own automatic wipers, or what else can be broken? Car has standard manual mirror without any sensor/cables.
  7. Board 6Q1937049F looks much less safe to solder than older ones. Probably i will buy used 6Q1937049F - cost around 50 Euro.
  8. Do 6Q1937049C and 6Q1937049F use the same relays inside? 6Q1937049C is much cheaper than 6Q1937049F and probably it would be a good part donor. @Breezy_Pete, did you open relay wihout desoldering it from board?
  9. Last thing I want to check - if there is constant 12v on ro/gr wire in BCM XP4 plug. Probably it goes to fuse 44.
  10. Thanks @Stratfordade. Now I also think it's relay. Following attached diagram, I checked continuity on green/yellow wire from BCM to wiper motor - wire is fine. After apply 12v to this wire motor was spinning, so motor is also fine. Next I removed BCM , without removing front seat ;), wasn't so difficult. Indeed P/N is 6Q1937049F.
  11. Hi. I have similar problem - front wipers dostn't work. Skoda fabia 2008 1.4. Fuse 44 is fine - it has constant 12v all the time. VCDS is showing that wiper switch works fine. I hear BCM module relay click when switch max wiper gear, no cliks on lower gears. I can move wiper motor mechanism manually, so it is not stuck. When wiper motor was disconnected, and wiper lever was set to max speed, there wasn't 12v on motor plug. But there was 5v on wiper motor plug. I didn't check wiper motor itself, do you have pinout. Looking at BCM i didn't find the same cables like on wiper motor plug, where they goes, can anybody share electric schema? Thanks in advance.
