Hello I have the same problem in my skoda rapid spaceback 2018, the dealer wants only to earn more money selling new radio devices. If you find the way to fix yours, please let me know and I would try on my car. I am very desperate about it. I miss old cars with pioneer kenwood radios and easy problems. Have a nice weekend.

Hello everybody, is still working or available help for a Radio in a skoda rapid spaceback 2018? That is driving me crazy. Sorry but I know its a little bit late, more than a year to talk again about this. I bought this car recently and when I touch the button App, comes like a bring your car yo next dealer.... I want to use this with the famous smartlink or another. In the dealer said to me, its not possible... find a new car... Please some help obviously let me know the cost and what yo do. Thanks a lot
